Warranty & Returns: All our products are guaranteed for one year (2 years in some cases) by the respective manufacturer of the product; detailed information on the limited warranty conditiones are found inside the product box. Servicing &/or the fixing of any defective product can be undertaken at the nearest after sales service point accompanying our invoice & the Warranty Notice included with the prodcut, at no cost whatsoever. Please note that the all the warranties generally include fixing of defect of origen i.e. defective manufacturing, by no means the limited warranty includes any damage caused due to the misuse or defective power supply &/or damage caused due to a natural disaster. 

Returns of any defective products will only be accepted within the first days after the date of reception of the order The returns shall be sent by the local postal service. Full refund or replacement shall be done immediately after receiving the products at our service centre. In case of replacemnte, the new products, unless out of stock, will be shipped within 3 working days thru the state postal service.
